  • My rate is $250 for a 50-minute individual session. I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots for individuals for whom cost is a barrier. Please feel free to reach out to inquire about current availability.  Note group and specialized services may differ. I’m always happy to discuss what option feels most supportive for your needs.

  • I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so it can be helpful to check your out-of-network benefits.

  • To respect both your time and mine, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee.

  • Yes. I offer both in-person sessions at my office located at 26 Court Street, Brooklyn, and virtual sessions via a secure telehealth platform. You’re welcome to choose the format that feels most comfortable and accessible for you.

  • I encourage you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation before booking a session. This brief conversation gives you the chance to share what you’re looking for, ask questions, and get a feel for my approach. I’ll also ask a few questions to help ensure we’re a good fit for your needs and goals.
