Group Therapy

Want to connect with others who truly understand what you’re going through? Group therapy offers this chance. In a supportive, guided setting, you can share experiences, learn new skills, and explore challenges alongside people facing similar things.

Each of my groups provides space for honest conversation, reflection, and growth, all while helping you feel less alone. Together, we work toward greater insight, resilience, and a sense of community that continues outside the room.

New Moms Group

New motherhood is a wild and transformative time. Suddenly, your entire identity has shifted, and you’re responsible for a tiny human. At the same time, you are still trying to manage the other parts of yourself that once felt so central, like your relationships, career, health, and sense of self. I understand that, while becoming a new mom can be joyful, it’s not always easy.

Join our in-person, 6-week New Moms Group, a dedicated hour each week to focus on your mental health and well-being. This group offers a safe, non-judgmental space to build community, share your experiences, explore challenges, and develop strategies for navigating the ups and downs of new motherhood.

This is an in-person, closed group that runs for six weeks with a maximum of six members each. Groups will be created based around your child's birthday so that all participants' children are similarly aged .

Middle School Girls Group

Middle school is a time of huge growth—socially, emotionally, and academically—and it can feel like a lot for girls navigating friendships, family expectations, school pressures, and just life in general. This closed group offers a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where girls can talk openly about what’s on their minds each week, gain support, and realize they’re not alone in what they’re experiencing.

Through conversation, gentle guidance, and interactive activities, group members build emotional awareness, communication skills, and confidence. The goal is to help each girl feel heard and understood while developing healthier ways to cope, connect, and make sense of this transition-filled stage of life, all within a supportive community of peers who truly get it.

This is an in-person, closed group that runs for eight weeks with a maximum of six members.
