Tween & Teen Therapy
Being a tween or teen can feel exciting, confusing, or overwhelming, sometimes all at the same time. It’s a period of big changes and pushing boundaries. Figuring out who you are can be challenging for both young people and their parents. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore these changes, make sense of feelings, and build practical skills for navigating life’s ups and downs.
I work with tweens and teens on a wide range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, social pressures, identity exploration, family conflict, and school or academic stress. My sessions are a space to be heard and supported without judgment. In this safe environment, I can help young people learn strategies to cope, communicate, and make choices that feel right for them.
I also partner with parents and caregivers. Guidance I can offer includes communication, setting boundaries, and supporting your child’s growth. The goal is to help both teens and families feel more connected, understood, and confident as they navigate this stage of life together.
